Before moving to Ottawa, Kush lived on the East Coast where he attended Memorial University of Newfoundland. He has worked in various industries including Staffing, Managed IT Services, and Insurance throughout his professional career. While living in St John’s, he joined an Insurance company as a Sales Associate and quickly progressed into a management position. Armed with a relationship-building mindset and strong customer service abilities, Kush moved to Ottawa to pursue an opportunity in IT Recruiting. Since then he has worked in the Staffing and Technology Industries, ultimately joining the LRO Staffing team.
Kush brings a positive attitude to any situation and believes in building genuine, professional relationships with both clients and candidates. He prides himself in bringing a caring, transparent, and professional touch to staffing.
