Born and raised in the nation’s capital, Lee-Anne graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in law from Carleton University. Upon graduation, she began her career in the search industry, spending 13 years with a national firm, where she advanced to the role of vice president for eastern Canada. She then ventured briefly into human resources as senior employment manager with an American financial services company. Missing the search industry, she left to work for five years as division director at a large American multinational firm. She joined LRO Staffing in early 2009.
