She later worked as a Legal Counsel in Brazil, specializing in the review and analysis of commercial and financial contracts, before transitioning into recruitment and talent acquisition.
Since transitioning into her new career, Isabella has developed a passion for helping organizations identify top talent and connecting professionals with meaningful career opportunities.
