Like so many of our initiatives at LRO Staffing, our Social Responsibility Program is driven by our people. We don’t just write cheques; we make a difference to communities and causes that are important to us, our clients and our colleagues by getting actively involved.

Kids Up Front Foundation Ottawa is a registered charity, who’s program helps deserving children and families in the National Capital Region. Our program collects unused event tickets and redistributes those opportunities to children and youth who otherwise wouldn’t have the chance to attend due to socioeconomic barriers.

Carlington Booch is a social enterprise that brews small-batch kombucha to help fight addiction in Ottawa. Their goal is to revitalize our community while fighting alongside the underdog. Carlington Booch provides employment and volunteer opportunities for people coming out of addiction treatment centers and help them “booch” the gap as they become contributing members of society.
