OUR COMMUNITY

Our Community Is Everything to Us

At LRO, community isn’t just where we live – it’s who we are. We believe in giving back with the same energy and support that Ottawa has given us. That’s why our Live, Work, Play commitment is at the heart of our Social Responsibility Program, guiding how we make an impact every day.

Live

We support local charities, grassroots programs, and diversity & inclusion initiatives that make us proud to call Ottawa home.

Work

We partner with professional associations and career events that open doors, fuel growth, and create lasting opportunities.

Play

We sponsor sports and recreation initiatives that bring people together, spark passion, and celebrate community pride.

Together, these pillars aren’t just part of our program – they’re part of our DNA. They fuel our responsibility to give back, to create opportunity, and to celebrate what makes Ottawa thrive. Because when our community is stronger, we all rise together.

LRO Staffing is about giving back to the community we call home. From supporting local charities and grassroots programs to advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives, we’re committed to making Ottawa a more caring, inclusive, and resilient place for everyone.
