Shu Li

Born in China and raised in Peterborough, Ontario, Shu relocated to Ottawa to complete her education in Public Administration at the University of Ottawa. After obtaining additional credentials in Business Marketing from Fanshawe College, she has since made the National Capital Region her home! Beginning her career working at Parks Canada in Human Resources, she then moved to the insurance industry, working as an Underwriter for a number of years. Wanting to leverage her knack for business development and fostering meaningful relationships with individuals, she took a leap of faith by joining the search and staffing industry in 2019.

Shu’s professional ethos is driven by “honesty is the best policy” and “good people know good people.” She stays true to her authentic self, allowing her to build strong relationships amongst different networks.
