After receiving her Honours degree in Psychology at York University in Toronto, Mia moved back to her hometown of Ottawa to complete a postgraduate certificate in Human Resources Management. Right out of school, Mia embarked on her professional journey, launching her career in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment role with a multi- national security company.
