Andrew McDougall

Born and raised in Ottawa, Canada, Andrew studied at Algonquin College in Business Administration with a focus in Finance. He spent almost a decade working in the hospitality industry where he discovered his passion for client services. In 2018, Andrew joined a large multi-national staffing firm where he specialized in both contract and permanent placements.

With an extensive recruitment background in HR, Administration, and Finance and Accounting, Andrew joined LRO Staffing in 2021 to advance business development and recruitment efforts with clients in the GTA. He is passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships and enjoys learning new things each day – one of the many reasons Andrew is a versatile and highly professional recruitment consultant.
