Site Superintendent

• Manage all on-site activity, from mobilization through final handover
• Direct trades and subcontractors to keep the schedule on track
• Own site safety: toolbox talks, inspections, and incident response
• Coordinate deliveries, laydown, and overall site logistics
• Run quality control checks and manage the deficiency process
• Keep the Project Manager looped in on progress, issues, and changes
• Maintain thorough daily documentation

About You
The successful candidate will have the following:

• 5+ years as a Site Superintendent on ICI builds
• Working knowledge of the Alberta Building Code and OH&S standards
• Track record managing multiple trades on a live site
• Calm under pressure and direct in communication
• Valid driver's license and own transportation
• Formal construction education is an asset, not a requirement

About the Job
This is a permanent, full-time position with a base salary in the $95,000 to $135,000 range depending on experience, plus full benefits.
