Senior Estimator, Design-Build

• Motivated, with the drive to succeed
• Proven experience with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm
• ICI experience, including interiors and ground-up new builds, with particular interest in those who have worked in municipal, transit, health care and the education sectors
• Experience across all construction divisions
• Design-build experience is an asset
• Strong communication skills
• Works well with all project stakeholders
• Strong leader and mentor to junior staff

About the Job

• Salary Range: $140,000 to $160,000 base salary
• Bonus potential
