About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- You’re a builder of schedules, not someone who passively maintains them
- You understand that on large, complex ICI projects, the schedule is a strategic tool, not an administrative exercise
- You bring a big project mindset, with experience contributing to projects in the $300M+ range
- You’re comfortable working within design build and progressive design build delivery models
- You know how to translate construction sequencing, design coordination, and site realities into executable schedules
