Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

• Lead assigned ICI projects from preconstruction through close-out
• Build, manage, and defend project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans
• Direct site teams, including Superintendents and Coordinators, toward successful delivery
• Own the client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships on your projects
• Draft and negotiate contracts, change orders, and subcontracts
• Spot and resolve risk before it derails the schedule or budget
• Report on project status and financial performance

About You
The successful candidate will have the following:

• 5-10+ years of ICI project management experience; level is negotiable based on your background
• Demonstrated ownership of budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
• Confident negotiator and communicator
• Construction Management, Engineering, or related credential
• Gold Seal certification is a plus, not a requirement

About the Job
This is a permanent position with a base salary in the $115,000 to $160,000 range, scaled to the level you come in at, plus benefits and real room to grow.
