Project Administrator

• Support project managers with day-to-day administration on active construction projects
• Prepare, track, and maintain contracts, change orders, subcontractor files, RFIs, and project close-out documentation
• Track project budgets, schedules, and invoicing alongside the project management team
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to keep documentation moving at the pace of the build
• Assist with meeting minutes, correspondence, and general project reporting

About You
The successful candidate will have the following:

• 1-3 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or a related support role, ideally in construction or a technical/trades environment 
• Owns documentation and deadlines without needing to be chased
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning project management software such as Procore
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Based in, or open to relocating to, Kelowna, Calgary, or Edmonton

About the Job
This is a permanent, full-time position based out of Kelowna, Calgary, or Edmonton.
Compensation is competitive, ranging between $70,000 to $95,000, and will be structured to reflect experience, with standard benefits.
