Construction Project Manager, ICI

• You’re motivated, with the drive to succeed and a strong sense of ownership over the projects you deliver
• You have proven project management experience with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm in the ICI space
• Strong tenure in your previous roles, with a demonstrated history of delivering full-cycle projects in the region
• You have worked on tenant improvement, light industrial and post-secondary projects
• You’re collaborative and communicate well, and you can keep owners, consultants and site teams aligned
• You can work successfully with every project stakeholder, from owners and consultants to trades
• You have a solid grasp of construction contracts, scheduling and cost control
• You’re familiar with various project delivery methods
• You’re proficient with Microsoft Office, scheduling software and project management platforms
• A diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field is considered an asset

• Location: Office-based in the Tri-City area (Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge)
• Employment type: Full-time, permanent
• Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000, based on experience
